Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Serves as the first point of contact for branch retail team. Coaches, trains and monitors daily activities of the team with emphasis on member relationship building.
Handles members’ complaints.
Assists with team accountability, cash handling, and resolving balancing issues.
Provides branch oversight including: cash flows, security, office maintenance, appropriate staffing, etc.
Monitors department activities for compliance with established policy, procedures and regulations.
Conducts loan interviews and submit necessary documents to underwriting for review.
Fills in and perform duties of team positions as needed.
