HJ Staffing is seeking dedicated and dependable Retail Associates to join our client's team at a mission-driven retail store. This role plays a key part in supporting store operations, merchandising, and customer service, helping to fund community programs through meaningful work.
Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the Retail Associate supports the store by ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is organized, and customer needs are met with professionalism and care.
Assist customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience
Stock and restock merchandise efficiently and accurately
Pull unsold or unsellable items from the floor as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with the intake and processing of donations
Work effectively with store team members to support daily goals
Represent the store's mission and values with integrity and enthusiasm
Customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
Flexible, dependable, and punctual
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a strong work ethic
Must be available to work changing shifts, including weekends
Workdays: Monday through Sunday
Shift Hours: Between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM
