Ellis Home and Garden in Beaumont has an immediate opening for a Retail Key Holder. Job Description: Primary job functions will be to learn the day-to-day operations of our store. This will include, but is not limited to: providing excellent customer service at all times, loading/unloading plants/merchandise, cashiering, opening & closing the store, maintaining store Purchase Orders, stocking/pricing merchandise, keeping accurate inventory levels at all times, assisting customers with purchases, answering any questions that customers may have, following all safety procedures, and maintaining a clean & organized work environment.

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Retail management/key holder experience required

Cash handling skills

Experience with Inventory Management

Excellent customer service skills

Computer literate

Greenhouse/plant knowledge a plus

Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
