As a Crossroads Lead Cashier, you will bring our brand promise to life: to offer a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience to our communities. You’ll solve tech issues and be the go-to register trainer for your team. Lead Cashiers support our customers and teams by eliminating lines, handling returns, and ensuring that everyone has the best check-out experience possible!

Minimum Requirements:
Prior experience as a cashier in retail (6 months+)
Prior experience training others in a retail setting (6 months+)
Must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
