Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience (retail, real estate, or related)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; high emotional intelligence
• Comfortable with basic CRM tools (Yardi preferred), spreadsheets, and social media
• Ability to manage multiple deals and move quickly from outreach to close
• Coachable, collaborative, and able to adapt across departments and tenant types
