Now Hiring: Part-Time Salon Manager (Saturdays + Some Sundays) – Pink Soda Charleston

Pink Soda, Charleston’s luxury blow dry and makeup bar on vibrant King Street, is looking for a warm, confident, and organized Salon Manager to lead the team on Saturdays (and occasionally Sundays).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a flexible second job or a fun, fulfilling role in a high-energy beauty environment.

🕒 Hours: Saturdays 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Occasional Sundays 8:30 AM to 5 PM

💼 Responsibilities Include:

Opening and closing the salon

Creating a welcoming, elevated client experience

Checking clients in/out and managing appointment flow

Salon cleanliness and daily upkeep

Managing inventory and placing supply orders

Assisting with onboarding and off-boarding of contractors

Helping ensure team alignment with brand standards and client expectations

Daily Communicating with ownership about salon updates and accomplishments.

Supporting marketing initiatives and promotions

Appt Scheduling for brand via being part of the call center.

Acting as the on-site leader to ensure smooth, successful operations

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and ownership

✨ About You:

Previous experience in luxury operations

Management experience

Friendly, proactive, and highly organized

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Passionate about client service and supporting a collaborative team culture

Comfortable working independently and making confident decisions
