Summary: Retail Managers lead and direct all service and productivity initiatives in the branch office. Managers are accountable for managing the overall growth of the branch and are responsible for directing the branches consumer lending and deposit gathering activities.

Job Duties Include:

Provide a complete range of customer services, including deposit and loan accounts, explaining products and services, and gathering appropriate customer information to originate new and existing accounts.

Accurately prepare all appropriate lending and deposit documentation for all new and existing accounts.

Ensure that all compliance guidelines are followed with a special emphasis on loan and deposit documentation.

Provide guidance and supervision regarding policy and procedures to branch staff.

Provide ongoing training to branch staff regarding bank products and services in addition to customer interaction.

Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
