Position Summary: We are seeking a Retail Marketing Assistant to support our clothing retail operations. This role involves developing and executing in-store marketing strategies, planning promotional events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about retail marketing. This position is based in Fullerton, CA.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution: Create and implement in-store marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and foot traffic, aligning with brand positioning and market trends.
Campaign and Event Planning: Organize and promote in-store and online events, including sales promotions, brand campaigns, and themed activities, using various channels such as social media and advertising to attract target customers.
Market Research and Data Analysis: Conduct local market research and analyze customer behavior to develop targeted marketing plans. Use data insights to evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and design teams to enhance new product promotions, store layouts, and customer experiences.
IT Coordination: Work closely with IT teams to ensure system functionalities support marketing activities, including data analysis, customer management, and online-offline integrations.
Requirements:
Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing or retail store promotions; prior experience in the clothing retail industry is a plus.
Marketing Skills: Strong strategic thinking and hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, with expertise in online and in-store integrated marketing approaches.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing customer behavior and market trends to create data-driven marketing solutions.
Communication and Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage projects.
