Retail Pool Store Manager Responsibilities:
Provide a reliable, exceptional, and professional customer experience and follow up with every customer every time.
Build innovative sales training and marketing campaigns that support and deliver sales targets.
Provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and improve performance
Actively participate in the marketing and retail of the store.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and customer service.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace that encourages teamwork, creativity, and exceptional customer service
Manage inventory, schedules, and daily store operations effectively
What You’ll Need
Two years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military or related fields
Two years of sales, retail, and customer service experience
Demonstrated ability to grow sales and retain customers
Excellent writing skills and client-facing skills
Sales Training experience
Email marketing experience preferred
Facebook and social media engagement experience
