Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of experience in sales, retail, trade shows, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in attendee acquisition, managing retail relationships, and driving engagement at large-scale events or trade shows.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong background in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize processes.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working closely with external partners, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to improving the customer experience.
- CRM & Event Platforms: Experience with CRM and event management platforms, as well as familiarity with marketing automation and customer segmentation tools.
- Industry Experience: Experience in B2B events or the fashion/retail industry is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: A strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimizing event outcomes.
- Adaptability: Results-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on the broader objectives.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment and align with overarching event goals.
