About the Role
As a Retail Sales Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our brand's success by acquiring, managing, and nurturing relationships with major retail partners such as Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and Albertsons. You'll also oversee medium and small accounts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our client portfolio. This is an in-office role in vibrant La Mirada, CA. reporting to the National Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key retail accounts, including large national retailers and small to mid-sized clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each account to maximize revenue and ensure long-term partnerships.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions to secure favorable outcomes that drive mutual growth.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop product presentations and promotional plans aligned with retailer needs.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, enhance product performance, and proactively solve challenges.
Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out initiatives that boost customer engagement and product visibility.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, delivering data-driven recommendations to stay ahead in the marketplace.

Data Savvy: Competence in analyzing sales metrics and generating insights to drive decision-making.

Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant sales platforms.
