The Sales Associate will play a vital role in providing top-notch assistance to customers, identifying their pets' needs, and guiding them to the right products. This position requires weekend availability and offers both full-time and part-time options. Responsibilities: • Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our range of pet nutrition products, supplies, and grooming services to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and offer solutions that align with their pets' requirements • Nutritional Expertise: Leverage a minimum of 1 year of experience in pet nutrition to offer expert advice on dietary requirements, ingredients, and portion control for dogs and cats • Product Recommendations: Assist customers in identifying the specific needs of their pets and recommending suitable products to fulfill those needs, fostering customer loyalty and trust • Clear Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
