    As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the go-to person for customers seeking the latest in our partnerships products and services. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers in finding the right devices, plans, and accessories to meet their needs.

    This role involves providing excellent customer service, staying up-to-date on the latest products, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store. Our company consistently offers competitive, professional service delivered through friendly, well-trained, and motivated team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account
    • Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience
    • Achieve all productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling tactics
    • Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts
    • Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner
    • Brainstorm and strategize with other Retail Sales Associates new and innovative ways to maximize sales results and optimal profit margins

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years or older
    • High School Diploma
    • College degree preferred - but not required
    • 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR an equivalent entry-level position is required
    • Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with other team members/customers
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills is a must!
    • Student mentality, with the drive to continually improve and succeed
