Job Description: As a Part-Time Sales Associate at Oasis Home Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers in selecting products, answer their questions, and provide recommendations to meet their home improvement needs. You will also help maintain the store’s appearance and support the team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
Assist with merchandising and display setup.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on product information, promotions, and store policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Ability to lift and move appliances as needed (up to 50 lbs).
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
