Retail Sales Operators are the backbone of Forever Bonded. Your appearance, performance, and overall character is a direct reflection of the company that employs you. This position requires you to speak with customers, have extensive product knowledge, and fulfill duties pertaining to the business of permanent jewelry and engraving including operating a welder. Responsibilities: • Following procedures Following our processes ensures that each associate has clear expectations that are applicable to all locations and future employees. • Operating point of sale Understanding the point of sale and cash register ensures proper transactions and costs to avoid customer refunds or other issues. • Meeting sales goals Meeting sales goals provides a clear pathway to earning promotions and keeps employees incentivized to earn. • Selling permanent jewelry and other accessories Understanding permanent jewelry materials and charms is the main source of revenue for Forever Bonded. In order to meet sales goals you must be proficient in selling Forever Bonded products. • Operating a welder and engraving machine Our training will teach you how to operate a welder and engraving machine with tutorials on preventing damage, using tools, and the ability to perform welds and tasks pertaining to your role as a sales representative. • Customer relations and outgoing personality Ability to speak with customers with a vibrant personality is extremely important as a salesperson. You must be able to articulate frequently asked questions and provide the customer with product knowledge about the materials Forever Bonded sells. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of retail sales experience (not required) • Strong customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems Compensation: $15 - $17.50 hourly
