Responsibilities: • Stock and maintain inventory levels on the floor and in back stock • Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system • Work with online sales and customer requests • Stay informed about product features, trends, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment Qualifications: • 2+ years of retail sales experience • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. • Experience in B2B customer service • Able to stand on your feet and move around the store 5 days a week for 8 hours a day • Experience with distribution ERP systems and ability to learn new ones • US work authorization Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
