We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Trainer to join our team. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our retail staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. Responsibilities: • Maintain and implement retail orientation. • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail employees. • Conduct training sessions on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and store operations. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. • Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail staff. • Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement. • Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Retail Trainer or similar role. • Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to engage and motivate employees. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
