About the Role:

We are seeking a Retail Leader with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland in Orange Village, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company known for its exceptional spa services and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Drive retail sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge

Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of products

Train and mentor retail staff to provide exceptional service and meet sales goals

Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue

Maintain a clean and organized retail space

Requirements:

Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a spa or wellness setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Knowledge of skincare and wellness products

Positive and customer-focused attitude

Ability to close during the week and work one shift on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday
