About the Role:

We are seeking a Retention Specialist to join our team at Conver & Winchell Insurance in Billings, MT. This role will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow our client base

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Identify and address client needs to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing personal lines insurance role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail

MT Property & Casualty Insurance license required
