Position Mission
The Retreats Partnership Specialist (1) w orks to establish strong relationships with parish, diocesan, and retreat center leadership in a way that generates leads and (2) oversees the planning and administration of 4-6 retreats per semester through regular coaching.
This is a fundraised position, offering comprehensive training and resources to ensure success in building a support base. Additionally, dedicated time will be allocated during the workweek to focus on fundraising efforts, with robust guidance and tools provided to support this aspect of the role. In addition to departmental tasks, the Retreats Partnership Specialist, will be expected to live out the cultural virtues, participate in daily prayer and Mass and have a weekly plan of investment in mission.

For this role, we anticipate paying $42,000 - $54,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
Personal Mission Partner Development (MPD) is one way in which FOCUS invites others to be on mission with us through the gift of their financial support. In this position, the POSITION will be expected to fundraise a minimum of $3,260 per month to support their work with FOCUS.
