    Reporting to the Director of Operations, The Field Operations Manager will utilize leadership, team building, operations management, and training and development skills to assist Retro Fitness franchisees, and their teams, and Support Center- Franchise Business Coaches to drive revenue and profitability.

    Qualifications:

    5-7 years of experience as a General Manager or Business Coach in the Fitness Industry is required.

    Previous experience with reviewing Franchisee P&L, creating action plans to address cost control areas, and ensuring adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures

    Strong knowledge of industry software such as DataTrak and Club Os

    Proven success in all facets of Health Club operations including new member growth, member services, and profit.

    Ability to manage the personal working relationship with Franchisees while remaining committed to the brand objectives. center revenue generation, cost controls, marketing, purchasing, and people development.

    Seasoned facilitator comfortable rolling out new policies and procedures to management, and staff to ensure proper implementation.

    Successful sales leader, trainer, and coach

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to travel: 85% in regional clubs, 15% conferences and train the trainer events
