    ****I. Broad Function

    To analyze and execute in-house and field repairs and upgrades to customer’s machinery.

    II ** . Q ualification Requirements**

    1. The applicant will need a solid hands-on and working knowledge of the manufacture and assembly of close tolerance turbomachinery and reciprocal compressors.
    2. Minimum of Fifteen (15) years of machinery repair experience with rotating equipment or Associate Degree in Industrial Mechanics.
    3. The position requires a working knowledge of machine shop practices.
    4. The ability to work with close tolerance equipment while coordinating with all departments to keep the workflow in the proper direction. Must have the ability to achieve and meet the time and cost-effective methods of repair and assembly.
    5. The position requires strong skills in documentation and analysis of rotating equipment damages finding the root cause of failures and the repair process to bring the equipment back to or exceed OEM requirements.
    6. A solidly organized work ethic is required to work with all involved with the repair process from start to completion.
    7. Machinist experience is helpful in the resolution of equipment problems and recommended repairs.
    8. The position requires solid mechanical problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
    9. The employee should have experience and be willing to operate standard factory equipment.
    10. Ability to complete documentation and written reports,
    11. Very organized, good interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, “can do” attitude.
    12. Applicants need the ability to understand and comply with regulations and processes outlined in the repair procedures of the Revak Keene Turbomachinery company.
    13. Requires the ability to work equipment repairs with very few or no questions on procedures from start to finish.
    14. All employees should demonstrate a strong safety work ethic while maintaining a clean, efficient work area.
    15. Travel flexibility is required.

    III ** . Principal Responsibilities**

    1. Perform in-shop mechanical repairs, upgrades, and packaging of turbomachinery, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, damage analysis, modification, and assembly.
    2. Mechanics coordinate with the Managers, Planner, and QA/QC personnel to execute special repair requirements.
    3. Employee assists with preparation and packaging of repaired equipment for safe shipments.
    4. Perform Field repairs of turbomachinery with directions from the field supervisor when required.
    5. The position requires the timely completion of expense reports and providing documentation for field service.
    6. Organize and maintain an efficient repair shop area.
    7. Mechanics document, inspect, analyze, and complete reports on equipment inspections and repairs.
    8. Work overtime, as required, to meet customer emergency breakdown demands.
    9. Travel, as required, to assist with field service or customer requirements.
    10. The individual needs a willingness to learn and test for advancements based on abilities and ambitions presented by the Company.
    11. Maintain reports and records according to the Revak Keene Turbomachinery standards.
    12. Perform and promote Revak Keene Turbomachinery safety standards within shop and field environments.
