    HEDIS ABSTRACTOR REMOTE POSITION

Our Platform enables health plans to focus on the quality of care people receive, leaving the most complex and repetitive tasks for technology to solve. Be part of what Reveleer is building next! We are seeking temporary Clinical Abstractors to perform duties for a HEDIS abstraction project. Clinical Abstractors can be located anywhere in the United States.

    This is a PAID PER CHART, 1099 Contractor Role.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Perform an accurate medical record review for all HEDIS measures
    • Support and participate in process and quality improvement initiatives
    • Achieve and maintain an accuracy standard of 95% or higher throughout the entire project
    • Work on flexible projects with variable client/project specific guidelines
    • Review and facilitate IRR review
    • Review all Negative / Positive hits

    SUMMARY OF JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have a professional coding certificate through AHIMA/AAPC OR a valid nursing license (RN/LPN)
    • Minimum of 2 years of hands on medical records experience
    • HEDIS experience
    • Knowledge of NCQA HEDIS abstracting guidelines is a HUGE plus
    • Background in UR, QA and/or QI experience preferred
    • Strong computer skills and high-speed internet access at home
    • Commitment to confidentiality of patient health information
    • Professional, articulate and able to work independently
    • Availability at least 20 hours per week
    • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
