    ESSENTIAL PURPOSE: Maximize overall hotel revenue and profit through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends and historical data.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Conduct regular price and competitor analysis to optimize pricing strategies.

    Collate, gather, and ensure the quality control of revenue data, tracking performance against budgeted targets.

    Support the Director of Revenue in generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports.

    Analyze period-end and other available system data to discern trends, forecast future needs, and identify obstacles to goal achievement.

    Execute all Revenue Management month-end reporting and auditing, providing forward-looking information for forecasting and targeting specific areas of need.

    Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections, and analyze the progress of each.

    Develop and/or use analytical tools and systems to maximize revenues and profit.

    Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices.

    Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations.

    Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.

    Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution.

    Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide a summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.

    Ensure the website booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.

    Regularly check the input and quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).

    Conduct quarterly property performance reviews and develop strategic and tactical action plans.

    Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates.

    Prepare an outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.

    Provide strategic support to the Director of Revenue, General Managers, and Sales & Marketing team through strategic business insight.

    Prepare daily pace pick-up reports, reservations activity reports, weekly yield sheets, and weekly STR reports.

    Support in weekly and monthly forecasting. Prepare weekly 14–21-day forecasts for the Hotel Operations team.

    Maintain STR and Monday report data submission. Assist in completing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.

    Submit property occupancy, ADR, and revenue statistics by market segment into STR extranet.

    Join partner meetings with DORs (Lighthouse, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.)

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Hotel Management, or related studies).

    2+ years of experience in Revenue, Reservations, Sales, or Revenue Management in the Hospitality/Hotel business.

    Strong analytical and quantitative skills, along with excellent communication and attention to detail.

    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Experience working with hotel technology systems such as Maestro, Opera, Sabre/SynXis, Duetto, STR, Delphi, PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets.

    Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.

    A strong command of both written and spoken English.
