Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team remotely in the United States. In this role, you will collaborate with revenue leaders spread across the globe and coordinate closely with our sales and marketing operations teams based in Bangalore, India. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining our revenue processes and driving operational excellence to support our cutting-edge marketing measurement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Revenue Process Optimization:
○ Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue-generating processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
○ Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
● Global Collaboration:
○ Work closely with revenue heads in various regions to align on goals, strategies, and best practices.
○ Facilitate communication and coordination between global teams to ensure consistency and synergy.
● Data Analysis & Reporting:
○ Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
○ Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior management to inform decision-making.
● Sales & Marketing Alignment:
○ Collaborate with the sales and marketing operations teams in Bangalore to ensure cohesive strategies and integrated workflows.
○ Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives by providing operational insights.
● Systems & Tools Management:
○ Oversee the utilization of CRM and other sales enablement tools to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
○ Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to support revenue operations.
● Performance Metrics:
○ Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations.
○ Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI performance to drive continuous improvement.
● Process Documentation:
○ Document all revenue operations processes and maintain up-to-date records for training and reference purposes.
○ Ensure that all team members are informed about process changes and updates.
Qualifications:
● Education:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
● Experience:
○ Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company.
○ Proven experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional projects.
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce/Hubspot), marketing automation tools, and data analytics software.
○ Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and methodologies.
● Communication Skills:
○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
○ Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
