    • Support internal ticketing requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of sales team and other business partner inquiries.
    • Provide, clear and effective responses to customer questions, requests, and/or concerns.
    • Support new system design and implementation by providing requirements, completing testing, and resolving issues with the help of Engineering and Financial Systems teams.
    • Compile and analyze quote to cash data, producing regular reports, metrics and insights for management and relevant stakeholders.
    • Act as point person for projects and intake, facilitating requests and coordinating requirements for business partners and internal stakeholders.

    • Familiarity with tools in the GTM stack (e.g., Gong, Salesloft, Marketo)

    • Excellent communication and project management skills

    • FP&A or finance background – a plus

    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work cross-functionally across global teams
