On-site work requirement, with potential work from home options a day a week.

COMP

$30-$40/hour depending on experience

We provide high end home staging and improvements for the San Francisco and surrounding real estate market. We're headed by design veterans who have taken their experience designing multi-million luxury homes for executives and founders and successfully translated that to sell beautiful high-end homes through home stagings. The team also includes business partners who have co-founded tech startups raising over $100M and led executive positions in $1B+ acquired companies.

THE ROLES:

Associate Interior Designer / Project Manager

We seek a dynamic individual who can help us with our home improvement projects.  We can see this person growing to help drive our improvements side of the business with more decision making that would fit within our style/brand.

Part time role can be considered. Ultimately we would like this to grow to a full time role.

You will be based in San Francisco and help with:

• Designing looks and sourcing materials for Home Improvement projects

• Project managing Home Improvements projects and involved in site visits to ensure timeliness

• Designing and styling home stages

• Work with our founding partners to define the look of Revere Staging as we grow

REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly organized and deadline oriented

• Self starter and self-disciplined

• 5+ years of experience staging or designing experiences (retail windows, interior design, home staging)

• Positive attitude on the team and with clients

• Able to positively represent the company with respectful demeanor

• Tackle dynamic situations and problem solve on the fly

• Relish the dynamic nature of the work, which can throw curve balls - but you love solving them

• Able to take constructive criticism with grace. We are a team!

• Be a lead in creating a psychologically safe environment for all to excel

• Have desire and willingness to mentor other designers

• Communicate well with designers, vendors, movers, clients

• Willing to travel through San Francisco and the surrounding areas (though expect to mostly be in San Francisco)

• Valid driver’s license and car - willing to drive (mileage/gas reimbursed)
