    Job Description

    We are looking for an Automotive Claims Payables Advisor to join the Revolos team! The ideal candidate will be experienced in accounts payables and processing. Must be a fast-learner and a dependable team member who is extremely detail oriented and able to achieve success when faced with deadlines. Able to communicate well within team, leadership and repair facilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Paying service contract claims – reconciling billed costs to claim approval

    ·         Validating and storing W-9 information to ensure compliance

    ·         Documenting all job specific actions, conversations, and communications

    ·         Payment Processing

    ·         Answering inbound calls

    ·         Correspond with repair facilities/claims advisor and respond to inquiries

    ·         Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ·         GED/High School Diploma

    ·         2+ years in a customer service role

    ·         Accounts Payables/Receivable experience (Preferred)

    ·         Service Warranty Administration (Preferred)

    ·         Ability to multitask and handle high call volume in a call center environment

    ·         Ability to type 25+ wpm

    ·         Proficiency in: Word, Excel, Adobe, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams and Outlook

     WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS (DURING THE PANDEMIC IF REQUIRED)

    • Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 50 Mbps (download) and 15 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)
    • A workspace that is free from noise or distraction
    • A clean and safe work area free from clutter or other obstacles to set up computer (Revolos provides the necessary computer equipment)

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  

    ·         While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to stand, walk, sit for long periods, use hands to handle/feel objects, type, bend/squat, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs/walk down stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl, talk and hear

    ·         The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

    ·         The team member may be asked to help move office furniture or lift office equipment

     

    Candidates must pass a pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check.
