Job Description

A semiconductor company in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Shop Floor Control clerk to join their team! 

• This individual’s primary role will be to expedite and process material for MFG support
• We would also like to engage this individual in some KAIZEN EVENTS geared towards 5S, lean MFG, Kanban implementation and visual MFG
• Role is also referred to as a MFG Water Spider. WATER SPIDER is a lean manufacturing term referring to a person in a warehouse or production environment who is tasked with keeping workstations fully stocked with materials, thus controlling the continuous flow of productivity.
• Someone with Material Handling experience in production environment or an Industrial Engineer with a focus on 5S, lean, visual MFG, six sigma would be ideal!
