Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, well organized and talented inside sales intern to join our North Ridgeville, OH Facility for the summer of 2022. The paid intern will assist with inbound calls in our sales department and process orders.

• Beginning of May though end of August

• Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm or until the Inside Sales call queue is empty- could sometimes be as late as 7pm

• Friday 8am to 4:30 pm or until the Inside Sales Call queue is empty- could sometimes be as late as 7pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with daily outbound and inbound calls generated through our 800 number and corresponding call campaigns

• Assist with processing of internet generated leads as well as Internet generated inbound calls to route and assist our external sales force

• Assist with the processing of USA Football Grants.  This includes but is not limited to:

• Entering orders into the Riddell order entry system from grant recipients

• Handling of inbound calls from Grant recipients regarding order and any questions

• Tracking of USA Football orders once they have been processed into our system up until and through delivery

• Updating the USA Football shared web document regarding the tracking and processing of Grants

• Outbound call campaign to Grant recipients who have yet to process their grant

• Assist with  locating current orders in the system from our Dealer, Direct and International Customers

• Assist with the staffing and coordination of product, fitting and event staff for USA Football summer events

• Additional responsibilities may be required

KEY SKILLS NEEDED:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
