    Job Description:

    The business/financial/management/analyst series is focused on the coordination, accounting, planning and administration functions.

    The management analyst provides business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding.

    These functions include business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree + 7 relevant years. A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by; at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required.

    Possess excellent computer literacy with the ability to function in FAA multi-system software applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.

    Possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to prioritize and manage actions to meet changing deadlines and requirements within a high volume, high stress environment.

    Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated professionalism.

    Ability to solve problems through systematic analysis of processes with sound judgment with a realistic understanding of relevant issues.

    Ability to be self-motivated and able to work in a team and independently.

    Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

    Highly responsive to requested needs.

    Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion.
