    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Manager, Employer Partnerships, to lead our efforts in connecting non-traditional talent – which includes students, professionals and individuals who do not have a standard technology background I– from the ServiceNow RiseUp with ServiceNow program with employer partners. In this client-facing role, you will drive partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and senior executives to enhance talent acquisition strategies and promote the value of non-traditional hiring from the RiseUp with ServiceNow talent pool. Your focus will be on fostering long-term relationships, identifying opportunities to place RiseUp with ServiceNow talent, and advancing workforce development solutions across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and exceptional communication skills.

    Location: West Palm Beach; Flexible Work Persona (2 days in the office minimum)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Employer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners, hiring managers, and HR executives to understand their talent needs and align them with the RiseUp with ServiceNow non-traditional talent pool, leveraging an AI-driven approach to identify trends and opportunities in talent acquisition.
    • Place Talent with Impact: Proactively identify opportunities to connect RiseUp with ServiceNow talent with job openings, utilizing AI tools and innovative strategies to match high-quality candidates with employer needs, enhancing the employability of untapped talent.
    • Promote Opportunities for All: Act as a key advocate for non-traditional talent, promoting the value of hiring these candidates from the RiseUp with ServiceNow program and guiding employers on best practices in hiring practices. Leverage AI insights to demonstrate how diverse talent contributes to a company's culture and success.
    • Client-Facing Outreach: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and outreach materials to communicate the benefits of hiring from the RiseUp with ServiceNow non-traditional talent pool, incorporating data-driven insights and AI-enhanced tools to highlight the capabilities of the candidates.
    • AI Mindset: Bring an innovative, AI-driven approach to talent acquisition, continuously contributing creative solutions that optimize sourcing, matching, and
    • placement processes while using AI to predict trends and improve the overall candidate experience.
    • Consult with Employers: Advise employer partners on talent acquisition strategies, workforce development, and best practices to improve hiring processes, enhance candidate fit, and drive organizational success, integrating AI insights to refine talent strategies and forecast hiring needs.
    • Measure Success: Track and report on placement metrics, utilizing AI tools to analyze data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring clear visibility into the success of employer partnerships.
    • Outreach: Partner with stakeholders to ensure the placement of talent across the US, adapting strategies to meet local market demands and industry trends, while leveraging AI to stay ahead of market shifts and better anticipate talent needs.
    • Data Management: Maintain and update the internal database with all leads, communications, and opportunities for RiseUp with ServiceNow, using AI and data analytics to streamline processes and ensure timely, accurate tracking of all activities.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
    • Experience: 5+ years in business development, talent acquisition, or client relationship management, with a proven ability to develop and nurture high-level employer partnerships.
    • Industry and Product Expertise: A strong understanding of the talent needs across organizations implementing ServiceNow, and the ability to translate those needs into actionable placement opportunities. An understanding of ServiceNow products and services and the ecosystem participants is also critical to find the right jobs for RiseUp with ServiceNow talent.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and executives.
    • Client-Focused: A track record of managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for employers and candidates alike.
    • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze and interpret placement data to improve strategies and achieve measurable results.
    • Adaptability: Flexible and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
