Job Description
Dungarvin is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to lead insurance, risk governance, and claims management across the organization. You will develop and implement strategic plans to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, safeguarding Dungarvin’s operations, financial stability, and reputation. As the Risk Manager, you will also provide leadership and oversight for the organization’s property and casualty (P&C) insurance programs, collaborating with business units to develop effective risk management strategies.
Key responsibilities include leading a team to achieve risk management objectives, directing insurance programs, overseeing loss control activities, identifying potential exposures, recommending mitigation solutions, and promoting loss prevention efforts. The Risk Manager will also provide leadership in areas such as workers' compensation, safety initiatives, and claims resolution, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
