    The Risk Services Administrator at PIH Health assists the Vice President with the oversight and strategic management of risk services activities and also provides the comprehensive management of the Workers' Compensation program across the enterprise. The Risk Services Administrator will provide administrative leadership support to the Enterprise Risk Management functional areas, including Corporate Compliance, Insurance Services, Contract Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Workers’ Compensation. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management, this position is integral to driving strategic risk services efforts at PIH Health.

    • Knowledge of workers’ compensation rules and regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA and disability laws, short term, and long-term disability.

    Required Experience

    Required: ****

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced hospital/healthcare setting.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
    • Knowledge of Risk Management functional areas.
    • Successful completion of high school education.
    • Prior experience with worker’s compensation program in a healthcare setting.

    Preferred:

    • College education preferred
