POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a unique individual who can complement our passionate and creative startup that is transforming the talent acquisition space through superior service delivery while having a lot of fun doing it. As EMPLOYEE NUMBER ONE, we need an entrepreneur with an exceptional work ethic, high initiative, professionalism, sense of humor and passion to solve our customer’s talent and HR challenges.
You will develop creative recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and leaders, while also proactively networking, developing new business, and designing innovative approaches to increase passive candidate engagement.
You will work 100% remotely (with some infrequent, paid travel-to-visit clients) and earn a starting base salary of $45,000 + 5% commission on all qualified placements + 5% of all revenue for any new client you bring in. As a Partner, we want you to own your personal success while driving our shared success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Tirelessly source and attract quality candidates for our clients and proactively manage progressive strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend top talent
Listen and understand our client’s challenges so that we can attract the right candidates to match their needs
Utilize a variety of sources to recruit candidates including but not limited to traditional job boards, internet data mining, internal databases, social media, employee referrals, networking, cold calling, career fairs and competitor outreach
Conduct full life-cycle recruitment including but not limited to actively sourcing candidates, evaluating qualifications, pre-screening, utilizing an assessment tool, facilitating interviews, supporting the hiring decision, negotiating offers
Serve as an Rtp ambassador; provide an exceptional world-class candidate experience throughout the interview, hiring and onboarding process
Be an entrepreneur and generate new business by intentionally working your network and pitching Rtp

We formed our company in July 2021 based on the idea that friends with 40 years of combined talent acquisition experience can join together to serve customers’ talent needs better than anyone else, because we’d have fun doing it.
That theory held true. In only one month we are already partnering with 3 major clients to provide talent acquisition and consulting services spanning the US and Canada. With more in the pipeline, we now need to expand our team beyond our founding partners.
