As a STAFFING RECRUITER, youll be the first point of contact for both our clients and talent pool. Some of the things youll be doing include: Responsibilities and Duties: * Effectively sourcing, interviewing, recruiting, and retaining talent. * Coordinating and facilitating talent interaction throughout the employee life cycle. * Fulfilling customer orders by marketing new hires knowledge, skills, and abilities. * Maintaining customer relationships and exceeding customer expectations. * Creating and maintaining personnel files (general, medical, I-9, E-verify, etc) for all employees. * Working closely with the payroll department to ensure payroll processing, billing, and reconciliation is timely and accurate. * Ensuring confidentiality of all employee information and communication. Qualifications and Skills * Experienced - 1+ years of Recruiting and/or Staffing experience required. * Working in a fast-paced environment a must. Bilingual a plus. * Team Player - You actively engage with staff members to meet organizational goals. * Results Oriented - Your ability to plan, execute, and multitask are proven. You have a demonstrated ability to re-prioritize on a moments notice as objectives and deadlines change with little notice. * Conviction & Commitment - You are customer service orientated and are not satisfied until the job is done. * Excellent Communicator - You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Technically Savvy - Well versed in Microsoft Office.
