Job Description

Human Resources Generalist is needed in the lower Sacramento area, for a reputable, non-profit organization. This is a valued client, who does great work for the community and have a strong teamwork environment. This is a temporary to hire position, for the person who can perform the responsibilities of this position well and fit into their culture of hard working professionals. Duties include:

• General administrative support to the HR department
• Including, but not limited to, data clean up and filing
• Employee Onboarding
• Benefits Administration and enrollment
• HR support to employees and managers regarding HR Processes
• Ensure compliance with county, state, and federal requirements
• Tracking performance reviews and policy expiration dates

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience with Ultipro Software
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working within a Human Resource department
• Attention to detail
• Good attitude and ability to work collaboratively

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
