Position Overview
The Member Experience Ambassador (MEA) role is critical to our company’s success! We are in search of an outgoing, most-fun-person-in-the-room MEA to help create a memorable experience for our members, guests, and fellow colleagues. While the primary role is to effectively educate our members on the health club features, group classes, personal training, and our culture/community, the MEA is the face of the club!
We are currently looking to hire team members with open availability and flexibility; must be able to work Saturdays. (Club is closed on Sundays). Ideally, we would like someone to close the gym on weekdays/rotate Saturdays and then someone to work opening shifts during early mornings. However, this is TBD.
If you’re not someone who can roll with the punches, shift his/her mindset often and be comfortable with ongoing change, then this company likely will not be a good fit. However, if you are excited about embracing the changing nature of the fitness industry, then we could be your next home. We also require you arrive at each shift (5-10 mins early) at the club with a HUGE smile on your face, a ton of energy to exude, and a positive attitude!
