Today, Roadrunner Drywall markets include single-family, multifamily, custom homes and commercial work with major developers and homebuilders in Arizona and Nevada, drywall and paint. Roadrunner Drywall works with large regional and national homebuilders. The team has numerous ongoing single-family home projects with these important business partners. Roadrunner Drywall also partners with developers and property managers for installation work in the multifamily residential market.

Customer Service

THE ABOVE-MENTIONED POSITION HAS THE FOLLOWING JOB DUTIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Take paint orders - paint production and CS
• Send out drywall and paint orders – drywall/paint production and CS
• email work orders to supervisors and drywall and paint technicians
• Schedule paint and drywall appointments with builder superintendents
• Assign materials to production field employees
• email paint schemes to production paint superintendents
• Call home owners to verify schedule of customer service appointment
• search work orders from builder websites
• Fill out invoices and prepare for drywall/paint invoice and billing
• Verify signed sheets of completed jobs
• Communicate directly with field drywall & paint techs
• Receptionist duties, receive packages, transfer phone calls, translate for other departments(tech, communications and marketing)
• Listen to Voicemails/missed calls that came in after hours and follow up
• Greet visitors and assist them

THE ABOVE-MENTIONED POSITION HAS THE FOLLOWING JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·      Must have residential construction experience. Previous drywall experience is a plus.

·      Must have strong attention to detail.

·      Ability to have fun and maintain a positive attitude.

·      Ability to work in a team environment.

·      Ability to be on time and maintain a good attendance record.

·      Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Supply Pro.

·      Must have the ability to work under pressure and consistently schedule on time.

·      Bilingual or Spanish speaking is a plus.

·      Ability to multi task with simultaneous deadlines.  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: DOE 15$-20$/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm

Now, Roadrunner provides drywall and paint services for large volume single family tract homes, apartments, multi-family homes and high end custom homes properties. Offices are located in Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas. Different divisions work each type of project. While each is equally important, the divisions are managed independently because they are not the same drywall to drywall. Our team members are specialized by the projects with which they work. Custom homes take additional supervision because each requires a great deal of detail. Multifamily projects are more complex because they have firewalls and shaft liners, etc. Because of the technical aspects, we constantly review these plans in detail with the project manager to assure all specs are being met. We also repair water damage. Interior and exterior paint are a specialty of Roadrunner Drywall. Roadrunner Drywall has worked with a large group of contractors for the past 38 years.
