We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Roadside Service Technicians.
Position Overview:
As a Roadside Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, providing essential services to stranded motorists. Your primary duties will include responding to calls for lockouts, fuel delivery, jump starts, battery replacements, tire changes, and towing. Your strong customer service skills and mechanical knowledge will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of assistance during their time of need.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely and professional manner.
Perform lockout services for vehicles.
Deliver fuel to customers who are stranded.
Provide jump starts and battery replacements.
Change flat tires and assist with tire-related issues.
Safely tow vehicles when necessary.
Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide quality service.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and conduct vehicle inspections.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are in safe and working order.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check, physical examination, and drug test.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
