We are always in search of Project Engineer Interns. Internships at Robert A. Bothman (RAB) are paid positions providing students with practical experience, while spending 95% of their time working on jobsites. RAB employs interns year-round.
Interns at RAB gain on-the-job training that integrates education, work experience, and career development. Ongoing supervision of the intern during their experience with us is key to the success of the internship. This is especially true for interns who do not have extensive work experience. Our program acknowledges and identifies the different expectations between the workplace and school, which helps interns make a successful transition to the world of work.
