    Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities: • Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly • Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process • Complete administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions, focusing on luxury properties • Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing. • Assist agents, clients, and stakeholders with the completion of contacts, addenda, and all required documents. • Schedule and attend showings, and inspections, assist and oversee entire real estate transactions. • Ensure all transaction documents are accurate, complete, and received by their due date. • Manage client information in our database and ensure compliance. • Attend and support closing events and client engagements at luxury properties. • Oversee daily office operations. Qualifications: • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • Real estate license preferred • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong tech-savvy approach. • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. • Strong ability to multi-task while working in and out of the office • College degree required. • Current PA real estate licensee preferred. • Experience or strong interest in the luxury real estate market. • Must be able to present as knowledgeable, professional, and highly competent to our clients. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
