** A S** hift (Monday – Friday 6:30am–3pm)
B Shift (Monday – Friday 8pm-4:30am)
_ Pay Range_ : $35+/hr - based on experience
As a Robotic Maintenance Technician, you will support production by troubleshooting, adjusting, and programming robots to run to standard. The Maintenance Technician will teach robot software and/or path programming to meet operational needs and increase productivity while reducing cycle time.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; five years related experience and/or training in a maintenance role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years of robotic programming experience using Allen Bradley, Motomon, Siemens, or Yaskawa machinery
Two years of experience working with automated weld equipment.
Three years of experience working in an industrial automated environment.
Advanced skills in welding and metal forming techniques and processes
Assists in the development and troubleshooting of programs for preferably Motoman robots or other 6 Axis Industrial Robots as to customize the robot’s movement accordingly.
Understand of Manual and Automated Welding including MIG and TIG.
Must be able to install and maintain mechanical and electrical work on automated and manual equipment including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, low voltage electrical systems and high voltage electrical wiring.
Must be able to perform: robotic troubleshooting, robotic preventative maintenance and ladder programming.
Ability to train and mentor others
Must have significant capacity for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Ability to read and analyze technical schematics and blueprints.
