Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate robotic welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic welding systems.
• Monitor welding processes to maintain quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve welding techniques and processes.
• Document and report any issues or discrepancies in welding operations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on robotic welding practices.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in welding technology preferred.
• Proven experience as a Robotic Weld Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of robotic welding processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with welding codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Salary info:

$25 - $30 / hr
