Job Description: Rock Pest Control is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives in the Kansas City market. As a vital part of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our pest control services directly to residential customers within designated neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners, effectively communicating the benefits of Rock Pest Control's services.
- Generate leads and identify opportunities for new business through strategic prospecting and canvassing efforts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about pest control services.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Represent Rock Pest Control with professionalism and integrity at all times, adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school and college encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $4,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Compensation package:
- Commission pay

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings as needed
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
