Connections Assistant Coordinator | Frederick Campus
The Connections Assistant Coordinator will support the Frederick Connections Director with administrative/event duties for the success of Guest Service Ministry, Shine, Impact and other related duties.

Essential Duties:
Guest Service:
Use Church Management software (Planning Center Online) for scheduling volunteers and sending weekly reminders of upcoming ministry opportunities.
Connect with volunteers each week building community
Maintain inventory of supplies for Guest service and Sunday service needs (ear plugs, communion supplies, coffee/lemonade items, etc.)
Organize and execute birthday, appreciate/thank you, Christmas cards for Guest Service team members throughout the year:
Review weekly service schedules and confirm all position are filled
Sunday coffee stations are ready by 8:45 am each Sunday morning and area (kitchen included) is clean by 11:30am
Ensure auditorium counts and offering are collected each week according to guidelines
Have exceptional verbal/written communications skills with internal and external “customer first” attitude
Other related duties as assigned
Weekend Essential Staff - Sunday’s (required) with remaining hours worked out with the Connection/Local Impact Director
Miscellaneous:
Staff Break Room - Inventory and purchase snacks as needed
Basecamp - Responsible for lunch menu, purchasing, setup and volunteers to assistant
Shine - Related duties assigned for Shine Events (monthly and prom)
Special Events -Related duties as assigned
Impact - Assist with Rocky Serve planning and execution
Qualifications:
Lead by example 3+ years of experience in working closely with and leading people
Possess leadership ability, good people skills, administrative and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines with an eye for accuracy and excellence
Professional demeanor in high stress situations
Ability to recruit, motivate and equip volunteer leaders while understanding and relating to multiple generations
Giftedness of connecting, leadership and administrations/organization
A member (or willing to be) of Rocky Mountain Christian Church and adopt Rocky’s Statement of Faith and Staff Values
