The Rogers Agency is interviewing for sales, and sales management positions. Our organization is expanding and looking for sharp professionals who can produce at a high level and have the ability to transition into a management role quickly.

As a Sales Representative you will:
Prepare for each day by deciding a plan of action to ensure achievement
Visit with individuals to recommend the best supplemental Insurance solutions to meet their needs
Participate in continuous training offered by Family Heritage and daily support from local Rogers Agency partners

What you need:
Ability to work full time... 40 hours per week (M-F)
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
