Rogers Behavioral Health, the area's leader in behavioral health services, is looking for a 1.0 Education Specialist to join our SEATTLE location on DAY shifts.
The Education Specialist is responsible for providing classroom time, completing appropriate screenings, & coordinating communication between the Inpatient Programs & the home schools. This information may include treatment plan goals including length of stay targets, assessments, behavioral techniques and related specifics.

Required Skills Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in education or a similar field is required.
Must be 18 years of age, or older.
A minimum of four (4) years of direct related experience in a mental health field with children or adolescents is required.
A valid, Washington drivers license is preferred. May be required to have driving record approved by Rogers Behavioral Health's insurance carrier.
An American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or American Red Cross Professional Rescue is required within 30 days of date of hire. Annual re-certification is required.
Formal training in management of the aggressive patient within 60 days of the date of hire. Annual re-certification is required.
