    Responsibilities

    Generating leads for residential and commercial power washing services

    Source and contact property managers for HOAs, apartment complexes, gas stations, etc.

    Provide and follow up on estimates

    Close warm leads for residential sales

    90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects

    10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, training, and administrative tasks

    Qualifications

    Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience

    Proven track record of success

    Strong communication skills

    Strong work ethic, ambitious

    Self-motivated and results-oriented

    Ability to work independently

    Experience in the power washing industry is a plus but not required

    A college degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not required
