Job Description

Rondo-Pak, LLC is in search of an individual(s) with diverse experience to take on a hands-on full time, permanent Estimator role within our organization. We are a global provider of Print, Packaging, and Workflow solutions for customers in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods Industries. The Incumbent will use their expertise in the packaging industry to work closely with all levels across the Company to provide the client with a timely and accurate price quotation.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Working directly with our Sales and Customer Success Teams, use your years of packaging and printing knowledge of converting raw materials into quality products.
• Transforming customer’s requirements and design into a layout for packaging production or solution with the best fit and outcome.
• Leveraging your industry knowledge to provide optimal product pricing models.
• Use existing contacts and network to evaluate market trends and gather competitive information.
• Interface and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Development and serve as a leader throughout the company.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience with Pharmaceutical Carton and Marketing work (preferred) or demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience
• Advanced negotiation skills and knowledge of packaging operations.
• Eye for detail, critical thinking / using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to prepare and deliver feedback regarding customer specifications.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, influence and build trusting business relationships with others.
